Participants will explore a wide range of topics — from classic Torah sources to practical insights relevant to daily life. Dynamic classes are complemented by interactive small group learning, allowing for even deeper understanding through discussion. The retreat also includes a beautiful Shabbos experience, where the learning, warmth, and connection come together in a truly uplifting way.

The Team
The JNet Torah Experience will be led by seasoned educators; Rabbi Mendel Raichik for the men's program, and Mrs Chaya Teldon for the women's program.
Joining them will be a group of Torah teachers for small-group and interactive learning.
Men's Program Director
Rabbi
Mendel Raichik
Mendel has been passionate about helping others grow in their Torah knowledge since his time as a rabbinical student in yeshiva. From learning with students at Yeshiva University to engaging community members in Mequon, Wisconsin, he has consistently sought meaningful ways to share the light of Torah.
Since moving to Gaithersburg, Maryland, Mendel has organized and led study programs reaching hundreds of participants. Whether through one-on-one learning, teaching classes, connecting individuals with study partners, or developing initiatives such as Project Torah and this Torah Retreat, he has dedicated himself to using his knowledge to help others deepen theirs.
Women's Program Director
Mrs. Chaya Teldon
Chaya hails from Detroit, Michigan. Since graduating from Bais Rivkah Teacher's Seminary in Brooklyn, NY, she has been educating both young and old non-stop. In 1977, Chaya and her husband, Rabbi Tuvia Teldon, co-founded Lubavitch of Long Island, which currently has 50 centers and 62 Rabbi/Rebbetzin teams around the Island.
She has lectured to audiences in more than 30 States and around the world (Argentina, Australia, England, Israel, Ireland, South Africa,) where her humor and warmth, mixed with Jewish wisdom of the ages, leaves an indelible impression on those who hear her.
